  • There is no software to install—a standard web browser provides access to a collaborative, trading partner framework to immediately identify a quality issue, or take action on any open issues.
  • Each user is presented with menu choices that are tailored to their specific responsibilities, which include user-specific preferences (e.g., language and currency type, units-of-measure, time zones, etc.). The Metricsoft platform will automatically convert and normalize regional data into a common standard for business unit analytics and reporting.
  • The Metricsoft workflow platform insures that all quality issues are automatically sent to the right person or team, exactly when needed, eliminating time consuming follow up tasks. The user clicks on a calendar task to gain access to their specific work area. User or role-specific workflow calendars automatically track quality issues, tasks, and alerts, by business unit or plant location.
  • To insure that no quality issue is lost or misplaced, Metricsoft Quality™ will automatically escalate overdue tasks to supervisory personnel. The system administrator determines the responsible person or team involved (by business unit or plant site), and how many days are provided to resolve and close an open issue.
